Kent Sørensen currently holds a number of board positions in high growth tech companies. He holds two master degrees – a Master of Geophysics and a MBA with a focus on managing organizational change.
Prior to his current position, Mr. Sørensen built his own company in the environmental and Clean Tech sector, selling that company to a large Danish contractor in 2003. He has been a board member in several high tech companies in IT, Healthcare and Clean Tech. His detailed knowledge of business development in high tech companies helps organizations bridge the gap between early technology focus and a high-growth, profitable business.
Adam De Neergaard
Vice President Global Sales
As vice president of global sales, Adam is responsible for driving business growth of DitaExchange solutions world-wide. He has a particular focus on customer satisfaction, long term relationships with customers and IT solutions that support and add value to their line of business. He is a Life Sciences and IT industry veteran having held sales and management positions at IBM, NNIT and SAS Institute selling a range of different services and solutions. Most recently Adam was the Nordic Sales Director for Life Sciences at SAS Institute, responsible for expanding into the Nordic Life Sciences industry.
Adam holds a Bsc. degree in Economics and a Masters degree in Information Technologies from the IT University of Copenhagen.

Michael Tyrsted is responsible for product development and is passionate about ensuring that DitaExchange products have the best possible impact for our customers. Michael is a strong believer in agile and lean product development principles and a practitioner of several agile and lean mythologies. He has experience ranging from working in start-up companies to major companies like Microsoft and LEGO. The spare time is spent together with my wife and my two kids and occasionally time is spent with hobbies like running, biking, swimming, skiing or enjoying a book or two.

Peter is a professional board member and chairman of the Board of Directors. He is regarded as independent board member. After 11 years as CEO of SimCorp A/S and more than 25 years with the company, Peter stepped down in 2012 to build a portfolio of non-executive board positions. Peter currently holds several chairmanships and board positions in companies such as Danske Commodities A/S, Systematic A/S, Stibo A/S and CodeSealer ApS. Peter also serves as a senior advisor for European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
Peter holds a Ph.D in System Science, a M.Sc. in Power Electrical Engineering and a B.Com. in BA and Finance.
Johannes is the former mayor for Aarhus County and former chairman of the Jylland-Fyn Business Collaboration Council, Mr. Flensted-Jensen holds multiple national and international positions, including positions as chairman of the University College Jutland, chairman of the health committee, Region Midtjylland, board member in the Council of Danish regions. Through these positions, Mr. Flensted-Jensen has built an extensive network of contacts internationally, including for example local government contacts in China (PRC).
Jacob is primarily responsible for business development of portfolio within ICT. Former Partner at Northcap Partners and has more than 23 years’ experience within R&D, sales, general operational management and as management consultant – primarily within technology companies, both large International companies and venture financed start-ups. Educated M.Sc. supplemented with strategic and financial education from INSEAD.
Jacob Hjenner holds a BA in Engineering from DTU, Denmark.
Ulrik is the head of the VF Venture investment team responsible for direct investments in international and global niche startups. As a Managing Partner, he is responsible for numerous successful investments in Danish startup companies. He has 25+ years of IT industry experience covering venture capital investments, general management, sales & marketing, R&D, and services delivery. VF Venture invests in early stage high-technology companies in Denmark. Investment sectors include ICT, industrial automation, energy and environmental technologies, medico technologies, and others.
