Cloud-based document review and collaboration for internal and external teams.

AARHUS, DENMARK and KING OF PRUSSIA, PA – 21 July 2016 – DitaExchangeTM announced today the release of DxReviewTM for Word – a Microsoft Word add-in that better enables the parallel review, edit, and recombination of Word documents for both internal and external team members from anywhere in the world at any stage of the document life cycle.

By using DxReview for Word, authors can easily engage their colleagues and collaborators in the document review process by initiating a parallel review process directly within Microsoft Word and the Microsoft Cloud Platform. The product is simple for reviewers to use since they do not need to download any additional software or add-ins to participate in the process and they provide their feedback by sending the revised document back to the author via email. At the end of the review cycle, the document author receives a single document with the combined feedback from all reviewers.

“DxReview reduces review time, improves document quality and delivers final documents faster than ever before,” commented Jim Nichols, vice president, DitaExchange. “With DxReview for Word, organizations can also reduce their overall project costs while collaborating with internal and external contributors and constituents.

DxReview for Word is available on the Office Store under Word Products. For more information, visit the website at dxreview.net or view a quick overview here.
